Stainless Steel Wire Mesh are made from multi-layers sintered wire mesh and stainless steel weaving wire cloth. Our sintered filter cartridges has more strong structure, fine permeability and accurate filter precision, easy back wash cleaning. Especially, sintered mesh cartridges are resistance to corrosion, high temperature, and high pressure.

Filter medium for Filters is multilayer sintered wire cloth and stainless steel weaving wire cloth , with a rating range from 5 to 200micron, in a iameter from 10mm to 3000mm. Disc filters with multilayer sintered wire cloth as filter medium, enjoy good strength, accurate filter rating, long life-span and repeatedly cleaning.

Plain Weave Wire Mesh form a square opening with equal mesh count horizontally or vertically. Hence woven wire mesh plain weave or twill weave is also called square opening wire mesh, or single layer wire mesh.Plain weaves are used for the majority of commercial applications and for filtration where a high flow rate is required.
